During my recent visit to southern Switzerland, I had the pleasure of staying at the intimate t3eTerre in Tegna, a hidden gem near Locarno. The hotel's culinary offerings were the highlight of my trip, showcasing a fine Mediterranean and local cuisine that reflects the region's rich flavors. The dinner features fresh homemade pasta and thoughtfully prepared dishes, such as delectable fish and expertly cooked meat options. I enjoyed a delightful evening where I sampled a creative Nüssli salad and a tender veal steak, each dish prepared with an evident care for quality ingredients. I was particularly drawn to the serene ambiance, which was complemented by tasteful decor and a spectacular view of the picturesque gorge below. Breakfast the following morning was equally impressive, presenting a variety of options to start the day. The attentive service from Marco and Loredana enhanced the experience, making this a perfect spot for any culinary enthusiast. I highly recommend t3eTerre if you seek memorable dining in a welcoming atmosphere when traveling through this enchanting region.
